penalty charge notices, question for JR
my son got one of these for driving on a bus lane in Croydon, if you admit it you pay £40 if you contest it and lose you pay £80, that sounds a bit dodgy are these things legit

we live in Cambs and my son occasionally goes to cruises in Southend, he doesn't even know where Croydon is. I'm going to sweat it out, watch this space
