Greenham common - child's petrol go-kart

Anyone in the area know if I (my daughter) can use a petrol off-road go kart on greenham common?

I had no idea my thread had been moved in to here. Thanks everyone. I was hoping to build my daughter (4) an off-road buggy but it doesn't look like there's that much point.
