Reason i'm asking is a neighbour, who is a drug dealer to boot comes home incredibly drunk,so drunk in fact that he can't walk.He gets home, takes his orders for drugs over the phone, then goes out delivering them. Now so far i have called the police 14 times about him.I describe the state he's in,when he leaves his house, roughly, within 10 minutes, when he'll return and nine times out of ten where he's going(i hear him just downstairs). This guy is going to kill someone,he can't even change the gears while driving! In a small town like mine surely on the nighshift they can't have anything more serious to deal with than a potential killer out on the road. One night he came back after delivering drugs two streets away, police had been called again,no-one turns up,this cretin actually was so drunk that he parked his car, left the lights on and engine running and went back to his bed!I told the police about his car sitting running and they told me they would have to see him driving it!!!!I find this really hard to get my head around?
