Just for Laughs...
Discussion
Something has got me thinking, the quite unfunny BBC 1 saturday evening show "Just for Laughs", (which is a poor sort of imitation of Trigger Happy TV) features several scenes where someone pretends to be a police officer.
This guy is dressed in pretty much full uniform, clothes displaying the words "Police" and in a car with Police Livery. He stops members of the public who haven't got a clue what's going on, some of them motorists who he pulls, sticks his head through the window and into the driver's lap
Is it not an offence to impersonate a Police Officer? If so, why hasn't this guy been arrested?
