suspension upgrades?

are there any upgrades available for the c5,lower or stiffer etc?
i dont want to go mad just yet as i think some of the feel im getting is because im not used to being on the left but the car does tramline a bit and isnt to comfortable on mid corner bumps/potholes.
could do with a bit more steering weight too.
