Hi, not sure if you have seen the 620 forum on FB but it has quite a lot of information about various upgrades and issues which have been sorted out. You may also find this link of interest https://www.pgmsussex.com/upgrade-kits

Trying to make a 620 caterham faster will be a frustrating thing. If you want to go silly power then it would be monster turbo route like a cossie lump (mine did 703hp on dyno) but it would actually be pretty rubbish other than a wheelspin monster. The 620 is probably a perfect balance of handling and loads of power to weight. The overall aero shape of the car is not suited that well to 140+.
I had a 230hp 7 and it was fast but it is a process of diminishing returns over 300 imho as you need big rubber, big aero and probably closer to the limits of the Duratec already, it needs a v6 swap etc to go big steps further.
620 with the best suspension you can afford and a brilliant geo setup for what you will use it for will be perfect. Stick to the gtr for silly horsepower.

The upgrades by www.pgmsussex.com do give an increase in power and torque but that wasn't the original idea during development. They were conceived specifically to provide consistency to the drivability and address various issues that owners experienced.
