the response from the club was also printed in low flying this month, basically saying that the allegations were untrue and a load of tosh.

I still don't know why they paid Arnie £6k for a bunch of stuff that's worth about £4.50 on ebay....and is not strictly necessary to support a pared down "club trip" to Le Mans....who the needs a swimming pool and tons of bloody pa gear after all?

...oh and why is the entry price for the club's 50th anniversary £35 a head?...for what?...a hog roast, some salad and a Jethro Tull tribute band....and 2 blats, neither of which the man paying his £35 is sure of getting a place on....I'm kinda hoping that there's more to this event than the provision of a hundred acres of some showground in Norfolk to park some sevens on...are there any plans for some activites there too to fill in the time between the blats and afore-mentioned hog roast?
