Original Caterham Blackbird- Good news?

Iv just seen a Blackbird for sale on Bloomberg at £14500. Can someone tell me what this car is and what if any bracket does it fall into? Does anyone know the guy selling it, a Mr Webb?

Not sure as there is no name or details for the seller for the one advertised on ph. Ill drop the guy an email through bloomberg and see if its gone.
