Were Team Dynamic Wheels an option on a '03 VX NA?

I have seen a car with 18" Team Dynamics wheels on and the seller says they were a Vauxhall upgrade. Is that the case or have they just been added by a previous owner?

Thanks, Joe for answering my q and directing me to the VX220 website. The seller insists the wheels were an option so have asked the q on VX220 as well to back up what you say. I'm sure you're correct. Thanks again.
