please excuse the newbie questions:

where did you get all the parts (did you import them)?
do you recommend anyone for the fitting/tuning?

lee

I've got 90% of the parts from the USA and imported them. Can highly recommend Lethal Performance (gibbo uses them too) - very good and hard to beat on price, especially shipping. Mustangs Unlimited ae good too.

In fact, I can't really recommend any UK suppliers - they've all sucked in my experience!

eBay has come up trumps with loads of stuff too!!!

I fit everything myself, but I know gibbo is about to use Litchfield Imports/Powerstation - will be intersting to hear what they were like.

Hi there

I fit everything I can myself but as I have no ramp and huge array of tools sometimes there are things I need fitting by a professional and this is when I use powerstation who are great. They did my Adjustable UCA, JDm GT500 fuel pumps and Steeda Heavy duty upper mounts today, cracking service as always.

The supercharger I did the installation myself, took me 16 hours but it all went smoothly. Best thing you can do to these cars.

i'll definitely put on a supercharger later on. but i just can't justify spending 5.6k on a supercharger at the moment. i saw this little computer gadget that allows you to reprogram the ecu that gives an extra 14hp and similar lb feet of torque. how does this computer gadget work?

Hi there

What makes you think it cost 5.6k ?

The JDM Stage 2 Kit which I have will cost you less than £3500 shipped with the current dollar rate. The result will be circa 480-500BHP and if you have LT headers and X-Pipe then expect closer to 550BHP region with similar torque.

top chaps!

Swerni - what supercharger did they fit? - I've been talking to Iain Litchfield about the Whipple - is that what they fitted to yours, if so, what do you think, and how much was it....?

Hi there

They can fit anything you supply them with. The Whipple is very good and the Saleen is the most common in the US. Both are safe for our engines and both give great power figures and great torque availability from down low.
