Waste of time.

My "invisible" car was constantly punted off by people who couldn't see me.

I was really looking forward to the race too, having found a second/lap and posting competitive times for once.

What position were you running in? I was seeing some strange numbers, i kept changing position without passing or being passed.

I was in the same boat I think.

I managed to finish in what appeared to be in 8th place, but in the chat room after wards no one relpied to me....so I guess I got disconnected.

Sorry if I ruined anyone elses race, but I would not be aware of it.

Ping times of 25k are back!

I dissapeared for half a lap where I could see no other cars.

Then they all reappeared and I almost crashed right into the back of dobbo when I did.

Fantastic race for me.

Qualified 3rd behind Ian and Mike. But made a poor start and was 4th or 5th into the first turn. Barely made it up the hill as I was hit from behind and went very sideways but survived.

Managed to pass PV on the opening laps but he fought back for ages with us both passing then repassing each other.
Ian got out a bit of a lead in 2nd but we slowly caught him back up.

PV seemed to drop back but I didnt see why, so it was me vs Ian for 2nd.

Spend ages trying to get close enough to make a move, tried several times and messed it up. Finally got a goor run out of the last turn and Ian ran a bit wide into the first corner and I got past.
I tried to catch up mike and got within a couple of seconds with the help of traffic but I couldnt get close enough to him to put him under any real pressure.

Towards the end of the race Ian found quite allot more pace and got scarily close to the back of me. But I didnt make any big mistakes and held onto 2nd.

Very close at the end, I think the top 3 were within 1.5 seconds of each other crossing the line.

Great racing my everybody, very clean and fast.

Nobody ran out of fuel and Dobbo wasnt disqualified so a result all round.

My new mission is to drink odd foreign beer every week before the race. This way I can blame the booze and not face up to the fact that I am shite.

Dobbo, I did pass you a couple of times. Had something like 15 laps in an excellent battle with Yogi - although he might not know it!

From P4 at the grid, I was up to P3 before T2 ( although my position was "P16" ) but got knocked into the gravel and then really was P16. Clawed my way up to P8 at one point before both Tony and MJ smashed into me (and continued their merry way since they didn't know I was there) and I lost it all again... at this point (and 30-odd laps) I gave up.

It's a shame that we're still having problems... hopefully next week will be ok for everyone! It was a good race but I didn't see much of anyone

Yeah, then it just refused to have it! Eventually got on after the race was done. Just then went to go on a public with Dave, and it crashed halfway round the track. My pc is also having issues crashing during mp3 ripping, so I guess it could be a starforce () issue. Maybe next week! Where to?

You were clearly faster than me so most times I just let you pass - it's obvious that because you weren't racing for position, you were going for it, and thus every now and then I'd pass you in the kitty litter, only for you to pass me a short while later!

I'd usually be a little more reserved than that - although I was enjoying getting the tail out...

Ah was that on the paddock hill bend? I had a very strange off there.
Also apologies to I think Bernaldo who I took off on the first lap, I tried coming up the inside with a faster exit speed and we came together, even on the reply looks like there should have been enough space but there obviously wasn't.

I couldn't get a good lap time at Brands, though I seemed to be able to go as fast or faster than most on most corners couldn't get a good flow. Took adavntage of a few spinners would have finished better if I hadn't spun myself.

More than anything, RAW POWERRR
It's very very difficult to change the downforce so I just went for massive torque through the rear wheels, 2nd gear, clutch in and bang..
