Apparently you can. Its quite convoluted and involves using skydrive, a PC and YouTube.

Just bought premium!

Can't believe I just paid 40 quid for dlc, hey ho least I'm getting a lot of content for it, just waiting on china rising and second assault to download so I can get the f2000 and mtar

Really starting to level up now aswell, now I have a few good weapon set ups!

right, if i buy premium.... i take it i get all map packs for free? and i can also play operation firstorm from the last bf...because that map is bloomin' awesome!
any other free stuff that may tempt me?

You get all 4 battlefield 3 maps (Caspian Border, Operation Metro, Operation Firestorm and Gulf of Oman) All redone for battlefield 4 as part of the second assault pack. China Rising if you didnt preorder plus all future maps packs when they are released. I think you get a few other unlocks plus extra battlepacks and knives. 2 weeks early access to the map packs and xp boosts every month. You also get priority to queue's on servers but that doesnt seem to work at the min

It unlocks assignments aswell so more guns that are only available with dlc

Seems worth it tbh even if it is pretty steep

Edit: just played the second assault maps right after writing this, I can confirm they are awesome!!

Right 'o - I'm a CoD afficiando, however, am being tempted / encouraged to get BF4. Can someone please tell me why - what are the main differences? (on CoD I tend to be a sniper - don't hate me).

Battlefield is less frantic, although on the indoor maps it is still very frantic with 64 player.

You can take the game more at your own pace and there's much more to do in it, with vehicles and tonnes of gear/gun set ups.

Battlefield is good for sniping, big maps and you can even get a 20x and 40x scope so you can do some serious camping.

I do still like Cod as well though!!

If your a sniper you'll love battlefield, it is a bit slower unless you get in about it.

But there no greater satisfaction than zeroing in a 500m snipe from the top of a sky scraper and getting your target.... Only for a apache helicopter to launch missiles and bring the skyscraper down with you in it!

Bought cod at Christmas and it doesn't even compare , 64vs64 ground battles with jets fighting to control the airspace overhead!

I've always had COD as my main FPS really, and had BF as back up on my laptop, but now i can only wish i was playing Bf on my console the whole time
you tend to get alot more sense of danger with BF, team work is massively rewarding , vehicle combat is great and as far as sniping goes, its brilliant, a bit more difficult id say, and there is alot of times where the enemy will just simply sponge the shot, however that is literally the only problem ive had with the gameplay
depends what you want from a shooter really, but either way BF is definatly worth having in your "arsenal"

Idiots who do not know how to fly are really annoying me just now, in a little bird with some guy who didn't realise it had guns then just jumped out when he got above his desired destination

it rages me when your a bit out in the middle of no where and someone races past you, or just clears off at the spawn point in a 6 seater vehicle with just themselves in it
which kinda goes back to the idea of a clan or something, riding round in a UH-1Y Venom with all your mates is AWESOME!

I've played a fair bit today, and I've tried sniping for a while. I was hidden in the rocks by the beached ship on Hainan Resort, looking up towards the massive hotel through my scope. A lonely Z-11 helicopter appeared, flying in a straight line for more than a second, so I aimed forwards and up a random amount, squeezed the trigger... and laughed as I got a headshot on the pilot from a good way away. Heli plummets to the ground and explodes.

I've never shouted 'XBOX RECORD THAT' so loudly and quickly...

EDIT: Found out how to get the (low-res) vid off the Xbox.

Is anyone have connection issues, I have a crappy internet connection but it was working fine over the past two days and know I can't get in any games

This game is so broken I'd quite like to post or back to EA and ask them to replace my beta copy with the full game.

For those thinking of the premium content, don't do it just yet. I've had it for a month and haven't found any available servers to play on, which aren't really laggy.
Until they fix the server browser, there isn't much point in the DLC.
To download your clips, go to your game DVR app and upload them to sky drive. Then on your phone/tablet/computer, you can upload straight from there to YouTube, or you can post the shy drive link and people can view it (YouTube is a lot easier for mobile/tablet use)

If anyone uses Avforums there is a battlefield section there, with some very good clips

I was still having issues last night, as per my post before yours, but evenutally got in. Got bored repeatedly mashing the A button trying to get in, so had 20mins on Ghosts (which is yawnsome in comparison, but at least it works) and came back to BF. Very frustrating.

I wouldn't dream of spending anything on the DLC at the mo'

Yep last few times I've gone on in the past week I can't get in any game and clicking quick matches doesn't do anything again.

Also most the games on the browser are empty again and the ones that aren't have about 15 people in the queuing for them.

still there for me , takes a while to get in matches but I've been managing to get in a few games
The question skip for premium doesn't work, but ea or dice really need to get their act together on the servers!

Getting into games just now and can't adjust the views in vehicles nor is anything I spot coming up for me
