GT6 PH Sunday night champ season 1

I've already been giving the "full" champ some thought and looking at flips idea to see if we can make it work.

At the mo the pp doesn't seem to work. So this would need a LOT of testing.

For example:

I have GTR GT3 car that is 616 PP - it weighs 1350kg with 620hp

I also have the R35 GTR touring car which is 615pp but weighs 1215kg and has 654hp

Now I thought the gt3 would have more aero etc (bigger wing) but in stock trim on same rubber the TC is 8 seconds faster over 1 lap of Bathurst.

Something not right there. The TC is a weapon btw. Easy to drive and tons of grip with amazing brakes.

For ref I did 2 min flat over the mountain (with a couple of mistakes). The gt3 is harder to drive and overall slower.

It's the same with road cars by the looks of things. For the moment the gap in performance is too big

yea the gap between even all the gt3 cars is to big to have free choice. would maybe need to be narrowed down to all using the same gt3 or tc.

also what have they done now its not letting me change brake bias since 1.02 update on some cars and running no abs feels very on off again where as it did feel great before the update.

they going to ruin the game if they keep up the dodgy updates.

Is that on the fly cool?

Not had the issues you describe but still can't use the RA buttons - I've mapped them to various buttons and nothing works.

I've just hit 300mph in my veyron - full power mods and weight reduction and nitro turned up to 50%

This was at the special route x (or whatever it's called)

Is what on the fly? my ra was working fine on steering wheel now on most cars cant adjust it on track.

not had any of my cars on that track must go have a go some day

Brake adjustment - you use dfgt then?

yea only started using it since gt6 came out as it suits the game better than a pad I think.

Normally online about 8 for an 8.30 start, you will need to add a few of us, drcooper is me for a start.

Yes, ill set up a room about 8. Seems we can now choose a 'real' setting for slipstream strength, shall we try this or stick with weak. And did you really mean fast for tyre/fuel depletion?

So this is it: (plan to start this Sunday)

lotus elise 96 race car (you win this) on sports hard - no other tyres can be used.

Clio rs 11 - on comfort soft only - which we all have.

Week 1 - silverstone gp - quali in lotus
Week 2 - apricot - quali in Clio (then back to lotus for wk 3)
Week 3 - Matterhorn (long one)
Week 4 - brands hatch Indy
Week 5 - willow springs
Week 6 - ascari

60 miles each race, 10 min quali, reverse 2nd grid.

Tyre/fuel high - NO compulsory pit stop. Full damage. Usual beatings and abuse for driving like miss daisy.

Only 1 drop score over the 6 weeks.

Let's see how that works and it gives pd time to sort out some of the online bugs.
