Interesting. This and the hack, or a Raspberry Pi?

I really don't see the point. Some classics already remastered either for the latest or a previous generation consoles. Meaning you had plenty of chances to sample/recapture your "youth". Shirley?

Can't be doing with basic graphics either. It's a backwards step...

Yeah, I love retro gaming, I still have my SNES in the other room, but once things moved into 3d they started to age really really badly and are mostly unplayable today. 2D games don't suffer in the same way, I can still play Chuckie Egg and really enjoy it because its still fast and smooth, but older 3d games running at 10fps or less are just painful. I remember playing Stunt Race FX for months when it was released, today I can't play it because it's so slow and unresponsive, whereas Mario Kart is still just perfect.

I still have a load of the original games, but will be the first to admit most haven't aged well. Still have huge nostalgia value though, especially as around half of them are the ones I got new (bought FF8 with my first ever paycheque)

Damn it that’s annoying. I was almost tempted to try and get hold of it.

It was good value (with a usb & YouTube) at £50.

So this is an absolute bargain!
