Pokemon Go - Don't be shy....

Anyone else keep running out of pokeballs? One of my work colleagues walks through Liverpool everyday and so has a huge stash of balls, the luck bd.

Probably not, there's plenty to be gained fighting opposing gyms, even if they are extremely strong you should be able to beat at least a couple of their defenders with your team of six. It's when there's only strong friendly gyms that it's frustrating, because you can only send in one attacker.. so if your best Pokémon isn't up to beating the first defender, there's absolutely no point in doing it - no XP, no impact on gym prestige.

Caught my first 1000+ pokemon this morning. Even better with my first standard pokeball and no razz berries.

Pogo profiles seems to be down. Server issues because of high demand.

I'm playing Pokemon Go quite a bit at the moment. It's really my kids' game but I wonder around at lunchtime loading up at poke stops and catching some Pokemon. I know they'll move on at some point and I'll keep playing. 😀

Still lots for me to learn. Caught a 600 CP Jynx yesterday. Not sure how I level it up from there

I had a fun night this week playing pokemon when drunk. theres a gym just up the road from my flat, so sat outside on way home from the pub. someone kept defeating the gym, then it goes grey, then I was just claiming it for myself! was very amusing as this happened at least 3 times. then someone walked past and said- are you trying to steal my gym?? and 2 mins later had claimed it back!

I had water thrown over me when I kept taking over a gym that was next to a block of high rise flats. Emptied a small bottle over his balcony and was told to find another gym as it was his.

My current lineup, half way through level 20. Got a lot 40,000 stardust I just haven't used so once I start getting more catches closer to 1000CP I'll start powering stuff up. Got a couple new additions to the Pokedex is Brum today, both from evolutions.

I'm still enjoying playing it, I like the challenge of walking the distances to hatch eggs, though when I hatched a 10km egg this morning at it was a fking Jynx I nearly threw my phone in the canal

Needs to be a proper tracking system of some kind though else the game will turn stale. Can't just wonder around aimlessly in the hope of finding something rare..

My best is a 250cp Pidgeotto

I did manage to catch a Ponyta and Dratini earlier..

I'm starting to see some 200+ CP pokemon about now

If only I could find something higher than 250

Oh... where I live has a permanent Pikachu, not found it yet though

Level 8 and seen/caught 33/33 here, despite a spawn point being visible from where I usually sit, so I'd say you are doing fine. It is mostly Eevees, Clefairys, Pidgeys, and Zubats though.

I caught a cp240 Growlithe tonight with the help of a raspberry (I think anyway, not sure if I used it correctly, it used 6 balls). But I just looked at my stash, and I seem to have a cp477 Lapras. I don't remember catching that! All I can think is that it hatched from the 10km egg I had, and I clicked through the pop-up pages and ignored it.

Well I still couldn't catch a Pikachu, but I did catch a Squirtle

I hatched a 5KM egg earlier and only got a 171CP Psyduck

I did catch my highest earlier though, a 350CP Raticate

Stumbled across a wild 980cp Jynx this evening - thing took as many razzberrys as I could use and 13 ultra balls before t was finally caught!!!
