Managed to bosh in a clean 6:11.324 last night, but I'm sure I can knock a few seconds off that if I can find the time to get back into the groove.

Are we going to have another season once this finishes this weekend?
Before the above is decided, I would like to thank bugeyeandy and nessiemac for doing this, it has revitalised my forza3 playing in the evenings with something to aim for rather than just doing another dull computer race!(however I can confidently say my wife does not share these sentiments!)

well done! clap

Agree on the thank yous, very good job guys... and the impending divorce due to FM3 time trial means that season two I should have plenty of time for this biggrin

A thanks to Nessie and Andy from me too.

Amazing how this challenge has resulted in me getting hold of some great cars for racing. And lots of practice at some tracks! smile

Big thanks to the lads from the lone gunner in Germany too, it was fun on FM2 and just as much if not more this time round...I'm up for a 2nd season too (as long as it ends before May when I head to the USA with work for a few months)....

I'm glad you've all enjoyed it! Nessie has a little idea up his sleeve add to the challenge further but i'll let him explain smile

I'm finding it real difficult to run a clean lap on this one, I can do a pathetic sub 7 min lap each time but no clean ones yet.

Those setting sub 6 mins are mental eek

I also want to say thanks to Nessie and Andy for organising this, I know I can get a low 6 minute lap, but putting that into practice is not so easy.

Hats off guys, it's been great fun these last few weeks, I'm intreagued what these new ideas are! I'm going to do the R1 enduro this weekend so hopefully I should knock a good chunk off my lap time, done a couple of dirty 6:05s in the Porsche Spyder.

Sounds like fun. This has been great as I love hotlapping and theres been some real competion here pushing me on. Not sure ill bother improving this week though as Ive not really much to race for now so a fresh idea will be good.

I would also like to extend my thanks to Andy and Nessie. I only joined mid-season but had a great laugh trying to perfect my times on some of the tracks. Thanks to the time trial I also did two of the endurance races on the events list for practice. smile

Looking forward to the new season.

Cheers for all the thanks lads...beer

Though most of the credit goes to Andy for starting it up and adding all the scores together!!

Don't think we are going to do another full season really as it takes a fair bit of effort to keep it all updated with over 50 guys some weeks!! And also due to some great games coming out shortlysmile

However there are still a couple of days to go with this weeks easy TT...and should be interesting to see the final positions work out!!

BUT...hopefully everyone will be up for a couple of one off TT's starting after Sunday that should be quite interesting........scratchchin

So keep your eyes peeled on Sunday night once i have sorted out which class to choose.......the car won't need to handle well for this one........laugh

Cheers

Alrightie, been back on it tonight, and got me a 6:15.010, which was nice smile .

Wasn't expecting to get that much off the 6:28 I set before in the Acura, but I managed it in the Audi. Just been trying to get a clean lap round in the Porsche, and failed hehe . So this will probably be my time now.
