Hope I don't get buyers remorse (after buying the NES and SNES Classics which remain unused)

Yeah though it's not a big outlay.

This sounds great. How does it connect to the TV. Is it an HDMI cable? I want to use it on an older telly that doesn't have an HDMI port, only SCART. Is it possible to get an HDMI to SCART adapter? Or at worst an HDMI to RCA adapter.

Yes it's a HDMI cable.

In your case you're better off at that point just picking up an original psx or psone with some genuine game discs.

Is this with a USB? how did you get so many or is it pre loaded?

£15.99 on an Amazon lightning deal, disappearing fast.

I've finally caved and ordered one, it's cheaper than a Dominos pizza so I might as well have one for curiosity sake.

Bought one as well.
I may take it into the office and connect it up to one of my monitors.

At £16 worth a punt and it should be here tomorrow.
Also a quick google has pointed me in the right direction to 'enhance' it.
Lovely.
I still have an original and games in the loft, no good to me as no RF connection on the modern TV.

I too have my unlocked original in the attic.
Mine is due for delivery on Friday.

Can you point me in the direction of some good guidance for enhancing this one?

I'm afraid to report it was a five minute wonder, plugged it in and the graphics are atrocious.
Didn't even bother to install bleemsync.
Quite enjoyed the Mr Driller game though laugh

I've been plodding about on mine over the weekend and I've found GTA to be pleasantly fun still. I haven't delved in to any others aside from 5 minutes on Ridge Racer which was a bit too tricky being so fast/dated graphics/controls. I'm sure with a bit of practice it'd be better but I haven't had the chance.

I'll be doing the USB trick on mine at some point, looking forward to it! I was meant to get a 'retro' gaming console for Christmas past, but the company messed up a lot of orders and had to pretty much shut down. Annoying as it was a console with I think about 25k games, going from DOS to Nintendo 64.

Do other controllers work with this? When I do the USB thing, I'm just thinking it would be better to use a pad with thumbsticks.

Mine is now set up on a monitor at work. I purchased a True Blue Crackhead usb stick for £15 (the same price as the console) and now have an additional 101 games including my favourite Gran Turismo.

I have enjoyed playing it and despite graphics which are not as good as I remember them it still feels like the original and makes me smile.
The graphics do seem slightly better on the the usb games (they are the US versions) but that may be my imagination.

Hi,

What site did you purchase these from?
Thanks

Sorry Les, only just seen your message and found the PM (junk).
I'll have a dig around in the loft if you are still interested.
