We've decided to delay release so that we can ensure some bs marketing crap to justify a new generation platform purchase

They've already said if you purchase Cyberpunk on the current gen, you can play it on next gen for free.

Problem is its ending up overhyped and likely to underdeliver due to unrealistic expectations

Maybe. But CDPR have a solid back catalogue and a reputation for quality so I'm inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt here.

Oh they do indeed and I am too willing to wait not exactly any other option. I'm just wanting a new game to play

Expensive game... Digital. Copy + 3080 to run it on with all the bells and whistles turned on.

Looks great.

I think I'm out. Visually the game looks fantastic but play-wise, just looks kind of dull. Maybe under a sale in 2021

I'm really bummed by the lack of 3rd person camera, especially with such a detailed CC.

Am really looking forward to this game. Like a Witcher 3 kind of game but set in a futuristic metropolis. I've seen some of the gameplay demos, but not going to make a judgement until it's more finalised. What I've seen, I would definitely like. Think it will take a lot up of my "single player" gaming time :-)

I'm glad they're delaying it to iron out bugs , but no doubt there will be just as many (new ones) at launch... pricing will be high, with the hype of course.

As well as the story driven missions.

Max Pears, a designer involved in Cyberpunk 2077 development, has said that the game will have a "Grand Theft Auto (GTA) mode". "If you want to go out on a rampage and have no remorse, then you have got the option, and that's fine with us", said Mr. Pears. "However, once you start to play the missions and see the amount of options you have. I think that will make players stop and think a little bit before doing something reckless.", he adds, "We've seen a lot of people default to that 'GTA mode' and then after a little bit they realise how many things are different and adjust how they play"

Consider how bladerunner-esque this looks I think it's a real shame they haven't got vehicles you can fly. Still, I think I'll be buying a copy.

The new trailer has convinced me, it looks like GTA Deus Ex (as some one put above) and it looks like there’s a sense of fun and dark humour about it - I’m in!

Can anyone best £49.99 for a PS4 preorder?

There was a flying vehicle in the first gameplay video that picked up the body from the apartment and a businesswoman stepping out of a Westworld style autonomous flying vehicle in the trailer around that time too.
