I did one mission on my own, got 1k , piss take really can't buy anything. The armour plating worked well in mw1 not sure the need to keep messing with stuff that works.
Rebirth island was massively more popular than caladara yet binned off. I cant hardly see players on bigger maps so pointless me playing when someone with a lmg iron sites can kill me like a spec of dust on the screen. Makes me laugh really. I think I've died like 50 times in a row on the big maps, not really fun.
The gulag, you end up having 2v1 .

Remember to pick up the 'white lotus' intel that (I think) the last guy you kill drops - it's part of the mission.
Rebirth is definitely coming IMO, I wouldn't be surprised if Plunder comes back either. They clearly don't want to drop everything at once.
The map really is huge.

Apparently they weren’t happy with how the AI was moving around and decided to just put way more of them on the map. We were getting beamed from all angles the other day, not much fun. Played some duos today though and enjoyed it.

Going for 4 quid on eBay. In DMZ I get killed very quickly, a bit like the warzone game.

Warzone 2.0
Well it’s different isn’t it. Ttk is insane when on the receiving end.
Opening crates and reviving your teammates requires keyhole surgery accuracy.
The map is actually too big for the number of players.
I think 4 player gulag is great. The jailer less so.
Vehicle dynamics suck. But being able to lean out is good.
Swimming is a good addition.
Two plate armour is stupid. So is the backpack system. And the buy station system.

Agree they changed too much stuff that just worked, instead of a complete revamp of a game we all know and (mostly) love it's a completely new game with lots of pitfalls they seem to have engineered in by choice!Well it’s different isn’t it. Ttk is insane when on the receiving end.

king winds me up. .. contracts are now a complete nightmare to find, no up or down arrow, tiny icon, the amount of time I've spent searching for them is ridiculous I find the pings incredibly difficult to see too

couple of weeks ago, just before the new one landed, the old one was locked, but the message on my ps4 said it would be unlocked on 28th Nov. Actually, thats today - I could just go downstairs and check.....

I do think the game is more balanced now. It is useful being able to hold more items for your team mates.
I tried playing DMZ a week ago and suffered a lot of crashing and disconnected. Played a few games today and it seems better.
I was never big on Warzone or battle royale games in general but early stages I'm quite liking DMZ. It's very fast paced and a struggle to keep with competent squad mates but Tarkov bored/frustrated me to death with how slow it is so I won't complain too much. I don't know if there will be much longevity in it but I'll keep playing for now. I had one game which ended at the final extraction point which was really fun. Not bad for a freebie really.
