Gaaaah……it’s the PC version.

I think that my PC is gonna have a fit attempting to run BF3…….

Well I've just received an Alpha code for BF3. No idea which platform as I'm at work, no idea also why I've been invited, however I'm not complaining

Ps I've only ever bought BF2 Bad Company on PS3 and Vietnam expansion pack, and maybe BF2 on PC back in the day...

I've been invited as well but it's for PC and I wouldn't of thought my laptop would play it .

Somebody's welcome to the code on here if they'd like (and If it's possible).

I d/l it on Sunday but it failed to install. Then insisted that I download it again as it was about 4gb I thought better of it. Might try again this weekend

Cheers Dan. I have replied. Doesn't look like its going to work as I need to login with my EA account and I just get a message saying "you dont meet the criteria". So you would be OK with your account, but not me with mine.

Having said that, I read that to go into the 'hat' you need to sign up for the BF3 newsletter, which I have just done, so if you dont mind I'll hang on to the code for a couple of days in case signing up allows me into the login area

Well I'm home and it's for the PC However I hope my machine will just about manage it (ATI 5770 / C2D 6600 / 6Gb ) Downloading now.

Incidentally, I may have received an invite due to me buying BF2:Armoured Fury as that's the the only thing that appears in this Origin program

MOH was actually a pretty good game, I had no idea it was based on true events. It had some real moments of desperation when you really thought you'd never make it.

Runs like an absolute dog on my machine. Looks like I'll be waiting for the PS3 version to be released, can't seem to get used to using a keyboard and mouse again!

Game seems to be the best bet, all preorders get the back to karkland map pack but game are offering some extra guns and also early access to a shotgun aswell. I never pre-order stuff online personally.

I think you'll find (as I did) the codes are linked to the player's EA account, so you wont be able to use someone else's code
