No, the one whos gets the bag of money gets it.he can then choose to split it with you.
(inventory > cash > split cash from last job)

You should be able to leave the PS3 crew via the social club. To join the better crew simply request in invite, I think Gun can sort that for you, let him know your GT on here.As a result, I'm in the 'original' crew which appears to have become the PH PS3 group, whereas I play on Xbox!!

I was playing last night, set an an invite only session.
When i goto the crew tab (to invite for a crew only session) there was a long list of names, but only a few had the PHSM tag after their name, are those with the tag still crew members? i was hesitant on inviting them incase they turned out to be dicks.
Ended up just three of us in the session driving around mowing down pedestrians and stuff

I went into a private session to get away from a couple of douchebags who kept killing the three of us.

I'm find that after the update nearly every car I steal I get a bounty put on head, very annoying.
But, this is not always bad, Ive been told it now costs $500 when you die (as opposed to the $2k) If thats true, any bounty you get put on you, get a mate to kill you and split the winnings.
It could almost be worthwile stealing NPC cars to bait a bounty placed on you.
As a rule i will not kill a PHer with a bounty unless asked too, but if its a random i will hunt them down

Can we define 'the rules'
- No intentional killing of another PH'er
- No intentional damaging of a another PH'ers property
- No Intentional disrupting a PH'ers gameplay (blocking the road etc/bringing a police chase etc)
- Always stop to help a fallen comrade
- Always offer assistance to a PH'er if needed
- Bounties to be collected with the 'victim's authorisation, bounty to be split 50/50
- Headsets/mics preferred and always 'game chat'
