Has anyone got one of those folding deck chair type set ups? Any idea how it would work for the "larger gentlemen" amongst us? I want something with an integrated seat that I can fold away

Not sure whether you mean "larger" as height or weight, but Playseat claim 120kg/ 18.5 stone weight limit. I had one a couple of years of ago, I must've been about 17 stone at the time, and had no issues.

I couldn't comment on height as I'm only 5ft 7. There is some adjustment on them but I'm not sure to what extent.

We have a playseat evo.
Really good, easy to fold up.

Have had a 6 foot 15 stone bloke in it regularly, obvs no idea of your definition of large..
