Have been told by PV to get my act together;), so now we are sticking with V1.1 as it's too late in the day for me to put the right file on smile

You do know that patch v1.1 isn't needed. You can patch V1.0 with v1.2, v1.2 was brought out because v1.1 was buggy and had problems.

I just installed 1.1 over 1.2 and it works fine, no mismatches.

I wonder if the pit entrance was in fact the normal right off the new circuit before you turn left onto the old. That circuit uses the short loop of the new circuit so maybe you pit stop will always add that extra length onto your lap. So one lap (the pit stop lap) consists one lap of the old Ring + 2 laps of the new circuit.

Oh dear - I thought it wasn't going ahead tonight after reading the earlier posts. So forgot about it frown

Enjoyed that tonight.

Second only to Stefan Johansson. Not a bad effort. Was definately a case of tortoise and hare this evening.

Anyhow.

Turning to the next series the next championship contenders in my eyes are:

running at the same time as these (identical performance)

Order of preference?

Probably:
Procar
Tuscan
MKiv Supra
Mini
Clio
Octavia
F430
Fiat & Lotus

If you want the Tuscans let me know as I made some small changes a while back since the last online test and have packed it up in a new version.

not a fan of any down force / non car based racing cars TBO, those enduro cars last night were just horrible.

I like Rices list, my order of preference would be:

Tuscan
MKiv Supra
Mini
F430
Fiat & Lotus
Clio
Procar
Octavia

Is there any chance we can have a short fun series thrown in at some point? off roaders, Caterhams, go karts that sort of thing? as last nights one off enduro format mixed things up a little, new track and cars for one eve was stimulating (if if the cars weren't to taste for me)

I remember the MK1 minis we did round the Nordschlife, I was in stitche! Mk2s would be better as have a little more straight line oomph.

I should have a few evenings free as im not working.

Personally I much prefer cars with downforce.
Although those prototypes were a bit of a pig to drive they were good fun when you got the hang of it (plus im always much more competitive with downforce cars)

I would be happy to race the Tuscans or any of rthe cars above.

I like the idea of something slow for some fun races.

Supra files are already on the server. I'll put the server on with them and a few short tracks for you guys to mess about with.

I don't mind what we do next.

The Supra would be great for a series, pretty fast, fun and easy to drive.

Want to have a few fun races tomorrow night?

Supra sounds like fun.

If FWD's Tuscans are ready then I would be happy to race them, and I think PV will as well as they are sideways monsters biggrin
