Once you've finished all the cups and get the Atom V8, I think you spawn on that island, it's the only way to do it since they blocked out the glitch where you could get across the water by ghosting through the fence onto the pier nearest to it.

I bought the R500 and RS5 from playstation store and downloaded then installed them and everything but when it comes to starting the game up it won't let me buy them. A message comes up saying something like 'content not available to download'. Cost me 70p and everything any ideas?

does everybody find the time trials much harder to win than the actual racing or is it me, what am i doing wrong ?

Yep, especially the ones where it gives you penalties for going off the road

Yeah the driving physics aren't quite up to GT5 standard so precision cornering and throttle balance is hard to achieve especially in a caterham or ariel atom in the wet.

Anyone got an answer to my original problem yet?

I have managed to buy myself the R500 yesterday, so I'm unsure what it could be with yours.


The R500 is amazing btw, handles well, and annihilates all competition.

Which Ducati do you prefer? I started off just with the Desmosedici RR, but I got the Diavel the other day and it's a fantastic little cruiser.

Depends which vehicle I'm in, obviously with the Atom V8 and the bikes it's tricky to hear at higher speeds.

Do we have a Pistonheads club on the PS3? If not we need one.

I have only got the Desmosedici RR at the moment, but I still like it. Is the Harley a better cruiser than the Diavel?

While the Harley isn't too bad, it isn't a patch on the Diavel as a cruiser. the Diavel handles infinitely better.
