amazon made an arse of my order, they managed to get it to me two days late and it was crushed I might be able to play it after they have a second attempt, I'll never order from them again.
I’m a big fan of amazon but the times I’ve ordered day 1 releases I would have been better off popping into smyths next door to work. Always late bTrying the Mount Panorama driving challenge thing, up to 6th in the rankings on one of the sections. Doubt I will stay there long though.
And the pic has uploaded upside down. Cheers PH...
Edit: Got to number 1, wonder how long I will stay there. Love Bathurst!

I keep getting "hangs" on online races on the grid... I'm just left there ?? only option is to quit... might be my slow internet ?
That was happening a lot with us last night, usually Alex that was getting stuck for some reason Just did one now in civics (urgh) round there, half the field was way back at the start and the car at the back was facing the wrong way. It seems the computer can mess up just driving cars at the start of a race.
Getting a group of us together in a lobby is still proving difficult, unless we all join an created lobby with randoms. If one of us tried to create a 'PH' lobby it wouldn't show.
On the plus side whatever issue was not letting me start races last night has been fixed... Fingers crossed it stays that way

I haven't got my copy of Sport yet, but GT5 and GT6 had lots of cars because most of them were slightly tidied up 'standard' models from previous GT games, and a few new high detail 'premium' models. If Sport has junked the standard car models so they are all high detail, I'm happy with that.
Yeah I’m with you on the standard cars. I’m talking about selection of Ferrari’s and Lambos. I expected to see an Aventador SV and Mclaren P1 but there nowhere to be seen. They seem to have jettison a lot of the premium cars from the last game for no reason at all. Replying to Mike as quoting the quotes isn't working for me!?
Is that the one at Willow Springs? The lambo seemed to hit 155 slower than the Audi TT of a few missions earlier I got 157 I think.
Loving this game and enjoying my LaFerrari gift car. Man, can that car hold a slide! I expected it to spin all the time.

The Livery Editor is very PD in execution. Detailed and thorougher but idiosyncratic, confusing and clunky.
However, I was quite pleased with my first effort. I might try actually driving in the game now.
Once you've had a few goes in it you soon learn the quick ways to do stuff. However, I was quite pleased with my first effort. I might try actually driving in the game now.
I found the most confusing bit at first was the angles and depth settings which are very handy for wrapping round panel edges

What winds me up is the zoom level resetting every time you change to a different livery, and the selector going back to the top of the list each time. Oh and no grouping function. The depth setting is how far it passes through the panel.
For example, I put a decal on the side wing of a spoiler, and underneath you could see part of the decal where it stretched through on the bottom surface of the spoiler. Turning down the depth for it got rid of the bit that had passed through
