Raise a hand if you've got a treasure key yet.... raises hand
Few tips if you're farming for them;
If you're on your own or in small numbers then go to Skywatch. When the chest spawns open it, leave the area and come back for another roll. If it spawns outside the exit to the terrestrial complex then you can get at least 4 goes. I have heard of someone getting 6!
Someone on reddit also claims you can start VOG with 6 and set them up in the two areas for a better method but it would take a lot of coordination.

I've now got two keys, from maybe 40-50 goes on the chests.
I just hope they don't become the new commendations!!
I've also had a couple of legendary engrams as well as hundreds of rares and hundreds and hundreds of materials (I now have 200 spinmetal on all three characters)! There are claims that they drop exotics too but I'm yet to see one.

I've been busy all weekend so not had a chance to get on this weekend. Only done the first 4 bounties with my Warlock after Wuddle showed me the ropes
So these keys everyone keeps talking about. how important are they to the HOW's
And a heads up, Wuddle when you leave a firegroup change the leader as you accidently took me out of the final Bounite just as I was on the final wave.

Keys are for the treasure room that you get to at the end of a PoE run.
No one knows exactly how they will work yet...but they're called treasure keys...that must be good...right?
Worst case is that they let you open ancillary chests which drop rare engram's.
Medium case is that they let you get multiple lots of PoE loot per week rather than being restricted to one.
Best case I guess is that you get multiple loot drops at the end of one run, as you have multiple keys to use...or they stack to make it more likely you get exotics or elemental primaries.

So unlike Raids where you can only do one per week per character you can now do PoE once and then another time for every key you have.
I'm not surprised at that Tom, RNGesus always shines on Tank.... aside from swordbreaker! I'm on three with a stupid amount of rolls.
The question now becomes how to use them? 32, 34 or 35?
Will have a break tonight aswell, maybe squeeze an hour in but need to earn some brownie points for the rest of the week.

If we get more than three on later I think we should try the Venus method for (up to) six players.
Start a VOG, split the team between the caves and the citadel, as soon as an event starts get everyone in that area, complete, rinse the chests and then setup in both regions again.
Those areas aren't as good as Skywatch (although I've seen a claimed 4 from the one that spawns on the caves one near the entrance to the Archon Priest caves) for multiple box hits but it allows you to spread yourselves over two areas rather than the one.

It's actually good fun farming these. I have no idea whether Bungie expected us to 'exploit' these chests but who needs sparrow racing now. It's quite funny watching 6 or so players frantically trying to pinpoint the chest, then hammering their sparrows to the edge of destruction back and fore between areas, Death Race 2000 style......
The amount of special ammo synths we collected yesterday was ridiculous, over 60 easily. Think I'll set a 5 minute countdown timer on my phone to remind me when to use them
