Took the plunge and I like it. Boots ultra quick on SSD but is huge, no room anymore for BF3 on SSD, so having to redownload

Ah, found out why. It backs up your old Win7 folder as windows.old... That was 15gb!

im sure u can delete the windows old folder cant u ?

You can, but only had 2gb spare on SSD with Win 7 anyway, so would have had to move when next BF3 pack comes out

ahh k wat u gonna do get another ssd and raid them ? im sure there is software out there co copy a HD then all u have to do is copy it in the raid 0 not positive on that tho i know intel have it with there drives but i dunno how u would get it to the raid hmm

I'm glad I have my cousin to sort out all my computer upgrades/woes.

I felt like a rocket scientist when I swapped a video card over (myself) for the first time earlier this year. And even that was simply switching in an identical card to what came out...

On Saturday i took all components wires in fact the whole foofing lot out of my pc cleaned with hoover and cotton ear buds then put it all back together took 20 mins

Will see how quick it is on HD, I am sure I can put up with a bit longer load times... Not got any money spare.
