It's still at Beta stage, physics have been made as accurate as possible and that means it's of a similar pace as the other GT cars. Amazingly looking at 1996 BPR laptimes and 2003 FIA GT laptimes the 2003 cars are actually quicker. Which means it can run with in the GT class with no unfair advantage or disadvantage.

The model needs tidying and the sound is being worked on still I think but it may be out soon, in an unaltered model version or later if someone will smooth out some lines.

Ps - Thursday 9pm Barcelona is on.

Edited for glaringly obvious spelling mistake.

Everyone would need to have it, plus the server of course. Anyway I haven't found it to be any quicker than the other GT's. Although I've not used it much.

Show of hands for people who have downloaded the 2005 cars, we might have an off-league race maybe?

Plus if I host I might use the MacF1, not that you would see it but it might help with some online feedback, see if it causes any problems like the TVR did with Motec's.

PPS - McLaren F1 at Donington just to show what it's like so far, bit crap quality but only a small 3.8mb vid clip and Fraps was playing up. Was from a 1m26.8s lap I did in it.

Man do I suck at this game. Elise is about the only car I can drive with anything that resembles control. Any ideas on some laptimes I should aim for with that or the Ferrari?

PPPS The new 600bhp 24hr of Nurburgring Uwe Alzen Porsche 996 Twin Turbo is very good btw, available here on RSC - http://forum.rscnet.org/showpost.php?p=2499986&postcount=433
Some pics here - http://forum.rscnet.org/showthread.php?t=206354&page=14&pp=25

Actually handles well (at least round Barcelona where I tried it) for an arse engined car. New physics, new sound plus a new roof scoop to come.

PPPPPS It's Four wheel drive btw, probably helps the handling

Prefer Friday as I have to work later on Thursday, but I'll check in tomorrow to see what day we are going for.
