The default tyre pressures make it like driving on ice, but I found that I was slower when I changed them.

I just jump in, drive it, and get used to the faults. I wish I knew how to tune a car to get the best out of it - and me .

Messed up my tag too, so updated.

Any rules about assists like traction, abs, barking line etc?

Saw an update highlighting a significant change to car progress

2.39.6 on the standard tyre pressures. I tried lowering them but just went slower not a pro at setting up.



Think I’ve got about another 0.5 in me given a while as my sector on Spoon on that lap was about 0.5 off my best, bit wide on initial entry

Ok I'm firmly at the bottom after a few laps and not playing for at least a few weeks. I'll keep on it, just got to get used to it being a bit of a jelly car on the corners

Don’t sell yourself short mate, you were always quick, just the aroma of ‘dog farts’ in your room probably contributed to the odd mistake good to see you’re still playing!

Don't be so sure, I had a little go first thing this morning. 2.43ish was the best I could get and that's with automatic, abs and braking zone markers

I would suggest no rules on assists.

Although I’m thinking of saying no manual with clutch allowed

I couldn't find Rossfields or Bigponk5323, but all others have been added as friends. I don't know if this is necessary, but I think it will make the Rivals list more complete, if nothing else .

Thought I'd join in. Back end on the Type r is lively. First time into 180R was fun.

Generally been disappointed with the new Forza but do love chasing a lap time. Will add the usernames listed.

great memory, those were some funny times!

Had another few laps today and can’t get out of the 36.6s, need a near on perfect lap but I always seem to lose time in the final corners.

Find with Suzuka the cost of over committing is high. Little bit off the racing line or running deep and your bleeding laptime. Too many corners that feed into each other. Trying to get up to the limit without crossing.

Yeah it’s definitely a track where you have to set yourself up for a corner three corners in advance. Very satisfying when you string S curves and Dunlop Curve together perfectly though!

I understand all the words you guys are typing, I just don't appear to have the dexterity to pull it off without buggering something up during the lap. I have a feeling you could stick me in something class A and 4wd and I'd still struggle to keep up
