just a quick reminder before tonights race of the 2 main changes from S4 to S5:

1) The mandatory pitstop/2 compound rules are now gone so the pit/tyre strategy is completely up to you.
2) If you have a complaint about a driver the complaint must be kept private so no raging in the lobby or in the forum smile , you need to pm/email me so i can these pass the details onto the panel to look over

fks sake. This game is pissing me off.

There are too many bloody cars GRRRRRR.

I'm definitely swapping out the BMW 330i for an Audi S4 (2003 model) for my saloon class but am now undecided on whether to keep the Skyline or swap it for a Tommy Kaira ZZII in the coupe class
first time iirc that someone else has moaned about too much choice lol

right after an appeal a orange card penalty has been given to sam for the incident in R1 lap 13 Turn 2 with f1 where sam had touched f1 sending him wide and in doing so let him through. the reason why the penalty has been given is that the contact could have been avoided (plenty of space) and any future incidents like this sam will incur stronger penalties.

Huh?

Mad as this is in the very first race, I appeal, because I have no idea what you're on about.

Here's my replay:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cMqTiBuPHB8&fea...

I was a shade quicker up the hill and took the inside, and it looked to me like F1 braked too late and left the door open, so I drove straight through. Completely clean all the way.

You'll note that on one occasion elsewhere, I make a misjudgement and nudge him in the first corner, so I back off heavily to more than compensate for it. There's no way in hell I would have barged my way past and carried on there, and in any case, I was considerably quicker then because my tyres were in better shape - could have passed cleanly at many other points.

What's alleged to have happened? confused
email sent as this breaches the clear rules stated on page 1

It happens in every championship on GT5, I've been on the recieving end, thrown a wobbler then watched their replay where they don't touch me. Annoying to the max!

So does that make the "offending" driver who made no contact at all somehow wrong?
to a certain degree yes when its caused by their connection taking a fit
