It's Street Scene, it's at night, there is traffic on the roads, if we don't like it, we won't do it again and won't speak of it again, just like the TVR, The Ariel cross country, and the rally cars at Mortimer Gardens . )
You forgot the cross country transit vans.Speed1283 said:

I’ve just timed how long it takes from power on to the festival playlist screen. 4m34s ! How much faster are the new consoles ?
In reckon mine would give yours a run for the money in terms of how slow it is. I'd have to guess it's similar, between 4-5 minutes. miniman said:

This is really good fun apart from the bloody traffic, I’ve had some hilarious accidents so far.
Yup... I've met a few when exiting corners, but it's fun track.I've turned the ghost off, but when I followed your lap, you can see when you crash as the marker just disappears off the road.

Also how do you stop it from defaulting to start in Lego world? I turn it off when I'm in the normal world but it keeps putting me back in the Lego world,. I then have to drive to the portal and wait another minute whilst it loads!
You might find going to the Cars menu (next to Rivals) and selecting Travel to Festival might get you back to mainland quicker. Also try driving to one of your houses on mainland and choosing “move in”. djfaulkner said:

I've had so many accidents in a short time, I hit a tree on one lap and it fked me off across the road and down a hill, Seeing peoples ghost randomly swerve is quite funny, until it happens to you at 95% . I think the GT3RS has loads of time in it but I'm not sure i have the skill.I've turned the ghost off, but when I followed your lap, you can see when you crash as the marker just disappears off the road.

Season 3
Round 15 of 16
Wind Farm Rush (Street Scene),Track Toys, S2 940, any mods, any assists
As of 22:20:
Top ten above Blue line.
Ajprice, what position to select next week?
I played it safe with the elise GT1, it's very manageable for an S2 but it is clear that it lacks straight line performance. Easily another second or two in it though, but not much more than that unless I reduce the handling slightly. Round 15 of 16

Traffic is certainly an added challenge, particularly when it is on the exact point you are turning on. The section towards the end through the woods is pretty easy to mess up.. Pretty good fun at this early stage, I imagine it will get frustrating as the week progresses though.
