ooh, I've had a fully tricked out Rusty Rebel I hardly ever use but don't want to sell just cos it looks great. I must say they're tricky to drive fast... and oddly underpowered for offroad use despite the fact they look like they should be better than everything else.
Same. Must be one of the first cars I egor110 said:

Rusty rebel, full power mods and such would come way under budget.
Is it enough to beat a sand King though...
Beat it at what though? Is it enough to beat a sand King though...
Fastest doesn't equal best over rocks or thru swamps.
rusty rebel might win for its original patina...
So I got a little bored so decided to create a Norfock-esq super happy fun race...excpet I've managed to make it really long?
If anyone wants to try it... https://socialclub.rockstargames.com/games/gtav/ps...

For those not aware, last July an idea came about to have a playlist that was a series of races that followed on from each other.
Each stage/race was put out for people to create as long as they stuck to the start/finish locations given.
It was originally created for Sports Classics just as the Sterling was released, but after using it we realised it would be good fun to use other cars in too.
When it was created some people set the races to only allow Sports Classics, but they never got changed to all other options.
So I've eventually got round to looking in to it!
If you want to see the original discussion/stage layout have a look at this thread:
http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
The races that need modifying to allow all classes are:
Race 1 & 4 (me)
Race 2 (wonshuis)
Race 5 (challenger)
Race 6 & 7 (Lynchie)
Race 9 (Zedleg)
Race 10 (Easedlight)
So if you're named above please can you edit the race and republish it to allow all classes then we can use it on Sunday nights or whenever
Link to the playlist is here:

Cheers!

Is anything running on sunday? I can't make saturday unfortunately.
If there isn't I might run a playlist where the car choice is Sports Classics, with rule that the Stirling GT be run without the spoiler to balance it.
Broughy's Cutting Coroners Laptimes:
Stirling GT (No spoiler) 1:09.469
Z-Type 1:10.204
Pigalle 1:10.637
Casco 1:11.237
Coquette Classic 1:11.770
Monroe 1:12.496
Mamba 1:12.606
So running the Stirling without the spoiler in my opinion makes all the above competitive. (also the stirling has a very low top speed, which is something to bear in mind) Would be good to see what cars people have, I haven't been involved in any sports classics races. I'll choose a playlist on the day. (again, if something isn't happening already)
Challenger, this is our battle from the slow supers two weeks ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yU0ELax4Q2w

Yeh, i'll edit my tracks... I think I have already unlocked the classes but will check... might tweak the starts perhaps also... seems good to run it this weekend as the actual MM is on this week too!

I'd be up for some sport classic racing. I've not had my Pigalle out since I changed it. I don't think the Stirling is that much faster than the Pig even with the spoiler. As always it depends on the track.
Certainly over the MM playlist the "spoiler" on the stirling isn't much of an advantage, the course is a bit of a leveller of cars... I'll prep an offroader for tomorrow soon!
