If you can get the transfer to work do, mines averaging 500mbs, it just did Forza in 16 mins (64Gb) I got all excited, started it, theres an upgrade

Up and running with Valhalla

Coming from non 4k it's definitely a step up but also the 60fps is lush, everything super smooth, super detailed, very happy

Now to be a Viking until Bake Off

Narcisus if it plays BR discs just not 3D then that's a SW issue, probably just needs a patch at somepoint

I understand that Xbox One games are optimised for the Series consoles to varying degrees, but also that a lot of games being sold now for Xbox One will also get a Series release in a few months.

If I bought say Cyberpunk now (despite it's supposedly being near unplayable on my One S) and I buy a Series X when they're back in the shops, will the game play the same on the Series X as the version that sold as a Series X games, in other words, if I really wanted to, could I end up with two versions of the same in my Library, a One version and a Series Version?

I think you could yes, it comes on the same disc and if there is a X version and you are on the right console just pops up and says there is an update, you'd just have to had the disc in whichever version you are using

I got the play and charge kit for Christmas, nice long lead but it seems to hold a decent charge as well

My controller issue has also seemingly sorted itself, I assume an update caused it and they rolled back or patched it

Storage wise I'll get the official one when I need it

My current roster all optimised for Series X although appreciate some may have played some of these before

Beyond optimised ones I've been playing Wreckfest and Arkham Asylumand the load times are amazing compared to my old One S

I was running a One S so it's a cracking upgrade but as an upgrade from a One X I can see why it's seen as more iterative
