Forza 3 issues?

Has anyone else spotted something odd happening with damper bump/rebound settings reversing? I am certain that in one of the menus the titles switch but the settings dont? I am unsure why this is, but it appears to be the correct way round when adjusting it in race.. perhaps I am going nuts as I cant seem to find the place where it is reversed now! Maybe its in test drive? Wherever it is, its thrown me a couple of times...
Next, sometimes the foglight on my Sagaris is lit with the brake lights, sometimes it is not... are turn10 that accurate that they have built in leccy niggles to TVRs?
Not much of an issue, but it amuses me whenever it happens!
Finally, when loading into a race/test drive *very* occaisionally the car loads as a wire mesh for a second or two before rendering fully - again, doesnt bother me, and it is interesting to see how hard they've worked to achieve the shape from a designers point of view (I use Alias studiotools for modelling, I can appreciate when someones put effort in! these things are absolute b
ds to get right!)

Different mesh thing... the mesh thing I am on about has only occurred twice, when it was loaded into a test-drive mode and as soon as it loaded up. No other cars around... odd, but interesting - and farrrr more intricate than the non-collision thingy.
Are you running off the CD, or have you installed to HDD? I haven't noticed this I'm afraid mate.
Its ok, like I said, a minor complaint - its only happened a couple of times and isnt easily repeatable as a result.
The damper thing is more irritating.
