I thought Bob had created this using stacking software (as per comments on the macro thread) ?

Anyhoo - stitching images surely doesn't necessarily result in a 'panorama' per se does it ? According to the above you need a 'wide aspect ratio'.

Anyway I seem to be turning into one of these tts who argue on the internet so that's my final word on the subject smile
DD the middle one was stacked this one was stiched

Hmm I would question that definition but nice work in any event. I had a couple of goes at stacking a while back but didn't get anything very satisfactory out of it.
Have you tried CombineZ ?

It produced this from 21

Bob - yes it was CombineZ I tried but the results were a bit odd looking for me frown

I have had more success just stopping down with the flash up full whack. Maybe give it another go through the winter at some stage though smile

A couple of mine from this Summer:

Seven picture stitch in CS5 from the top of the Jungfraujoch station:

Twenty seven picture portrait stitch in CS5 capturing the full 360 on the Susten Pass:

I really wish I'd taken another row to get the top of the mountain in, hindsight is a wonderful thing! smile

Posted this in the random pics thread, didn't know there was a panorama thread.

Shot taken in Death Valley a month ago, using 6 shots on my iPhone4 and Autostitch app.

Oh oh.

Someone may have got the driver for the large 42" printer we've got on site and has been running off copies of site panoramas for anyone who wants one.

And then he's found the rolls of photo grade paper. laugh

Which my able assistant Geoff (in a Chad type pose) shows off the latest print run on the photo paper.
