Awesome set as Rob said. My only criticism is with the above image. You've used HDR (in the right way - I'm not going down that road) but the blue sky coming through the trees on the left has halod (haloed?). It drew my eye.

It must be pretty difficult to capture such speed and awkward angle in varying lighting.

Thanks Rob and Robbie. Kind words indeed. I maybe pushed the shadows a bit much in the above photo yes but as you say it's tricky balancing ambient against flash while maintaining a suitable shutter speed. But all part of the fun! I'm always trying to capture something slightly different to make me stand out against the other guys at the races with different angles etc.

Thanks what bit, the selfie or the clouds? Tripod, Canon 6D and 24-105 @ 28mm. Mirror lock up, manual exposure, ISO 100, f13, 30secs. Lee 3 stop hard grad on the sky, and Lee big stopper (10 stop ND) to give the 30 second exposure to blur the sky and water. 10 second timer giving me time to position myself.
