Some blokes with sharp pointy sticks, the power of the English Army circa 1450.

If they were anything like this, how they hell we ever won anything I'll never know

I suspect it was mostly a case of who had the greater number of less sick footsoldiers on the day.

What are the rules - do the pics need to be shot in the month of the competition, and is this a PHer only comp?
AFAIK, the answers to your questions are no and yes.
Cheers trackside. Looking forward to it

I really like Supraman's second shot (not sure what aircraft it is) with the quad after burners firing. Its such a nice photo!

Because there is! He's got the brake bias set all the way forward to stop it lauching down the driveway. He was going about walking pace when I took the shot.

Nice pics. One of the rubber pipe seems to say 'Made in Italy' on it. So this was a petrol powered washing machine?

I agree - I love this pic as it seems to shout "I have the best job in the world - they pay me to do this!"

Great shot!

Heres a slightly shaky attempt at long exposure work, with my little canon:
i think this illustrates power, as theres always rev counter shots on top gear and the like, think of the Veyron report.
(and yes, it would only rev to 4000 )
