Perhaps if we could limit them though so we dont all post loads of pics on the same day! No rules needed, suggest common sense. A few a day wont hurt.
Dont want the idea to dry up too soon.

Perhaps one thread per pic too (but pics to show as examples can be posted).

OK, I had a quick play with the RAW file and came up with this, more moody, number.

Because you shot in RAW format it's surprising how much detail there actually is in the file. I processed the file twice using Phase One Capture 1 DSLR software. Once for the house and car and once, adjusting the levels, for the sky. Then montage the two file together. You should be able to use any RAW file converter to retrieve shadow and highlight detail, something you can't do with .jpg files, or at least to the same degree.

I then moved the file into 'Live Picture' (an old, obsolete, mac only program which I happen to love that can still run rings around PS in certain areas) to create the mood. Back into PS to tweak the colours using Channel mixer. May have over egged the pudding, but hopefully gives some food for thought?

Ok, very quick play. Supposed to be similar to the moody/filtered 80s Car Magazine style.

A longer focal length (50mm+) might have given a more natural look to the Tiv btw.

Awesome! You've managed to turn an average picture into a desktop wallpaper, and something I'll print.

Any chance you (Bacardi-Paul and Srider-Stuart and Getcarter-Steve) could send me full size pictures so I can print to max effect. Filesize isn't an issue. Stunned and speechless.

Very very pleased bunny.

Gratefully, Steve aka LB
