This is absolutely true.....

I handed her the little box containing the car keys on a Fiat 500 key ring. When she opened the box she exclaimed in with joy and said "darling thank you so much for my key ring" !!!!!!

To be fair she didn't have a clue about the present it was a secret. Plus bless her she's such a modest and humble person that it never crossed her mind that anyone would do such a thing for her birthday .
