Printing photos into a book

Chaps,

We're looking at having 100-or so photos from a recent holiday printed into a book. Being digital photos, we're looking for a recommended on-line type place that will make good copies of the photos and bind them nicely. They are reasonable photos, taken with a reasonable dSLR, so should look OK when printed out.

I've no idea how much to expect to pay, so probably a good idea to recommend both cheap and expensive places and give an idea of what you get for the extra money (and whether it is worth the cash!)
