D70 Getting Started Booklet

Got my D70 the other day and am filling in the form for the £100 cashback. Problem is, I can't find anything called "Getting Started" in the box.

Can anybody post a picture of what the booklet looks like?

Got the camera from 7dayshop, it had a sticker on the box saying "contents checked by 7dayshop". Is the booklet missing?
