Where to get camera / lens spares - specifically screws?

Hi all
Was recently gifted a Canon EF 24-105mm F/4 IS USM lens which soon developed the Err 01 fault, which I researched and discovered to be a common issue related to the aperture flex cable. I managed to buy a new cable, stripped the lens down and then discovered the aperture ring to which the cable is soldered was actually the problem. Which means the lens was disassembled for a couple of weeks while I waited for the new ring to arrive. Despite being really careful and cataloguing the screws and the order in which they were removed, I managed to lose one. It is one of three screws which attach to the barrel inside a white collar, with part number XA9-1518-000 (picture below). I am really struggling to find a replacement one, and it's become something of a personal mission to not give up on this lens despite its age. I also don't really want to spend a lot of money replacing it right now. Does anyone know where I can get one of these screws please, some mystical shop in the back of beyond or an online specialist I'm missing?

I just came back to update this thread with my solution, and it may help you too. I managed to get the screws I was after from 1st Aid Repairs in Kent, £10 delivered.
