Never understood this. Some people can see them others can't.

Difficult to know isn't it?
Sharks tails go vertical Dolphins horizontal (I think) this picture is inconclusive but it looks big for a dolphin and the dangerous end looks very pointy.

There are other Griffs out there mate, but you are young why get old before your time? Get yourself a pukka Chimaera and join the youngsters for a bit
