Modified V8S at Tower View...?
Discussion
Took my S3 for its first service today to Tower View at Staples Corner. There was a red V8S undergoing lots of work which looked totally stunning. It was kind of a cross between a Corvette and a TVR! Bumpers removed, indicators moved to inside grill, round rear lights, front SS grill etc etc. Looked very smart indeed.
Anyone here?

Damn! I was trying to keep it quiet until until I'd had some pics done. Thanks for the positive response. I wasn't sure what the reaction was going to be. It's nice to think that the hundreds of hours of planning and glassfibreing are appreciated by some anyway.
Pics?!?? Hello...
Well if you really want to know. Complete interior re-trim. Custom designed seats (own design). (Trimmed by Bartons in Luton). Custom s/s dash (Leven). Custom dyed wool carpit (I wanted it to match the body colour). Custom split rims (Image Wheels). Uprated shocks and brakes (Tower View). Engine upgrade to 4.3 BV (TVR Engineering). Plus other odds and sods. Don't even ask what it cost. When you get addicted to this kind of thing it's brilliant fun and very difficult to give up.

I saw this car at Tower View in its earlier stages of development ... very impressive beast.
Look forward to the pics ...
Must see this when its about , blimey just re-read your spec probably cost about twice as much as it cost to buy a V8S, so if you factor in that you're probably sitting on £30K of car IMHO .
Hats off to ya.
I'm more interested in the oily bit though, what figures did TVR power give you for the 4.3BV from their dyno, as I've had a little done recently and would be interesting to compare.
