Did yours suffer any rubbing on Top Dog..?
Dave

No. My car has a brand new set up of AVO's, set very firm for the track so it handled well at brunters, no rubbing though. My old S2 used to rub when cornering hard and someone told me there was either something wrong with the Shocks etc or they needed adjusting!!

Sorry I couldnt be of any help!

It is possible to get the trailing arms rebuilt. RT racing do it, and i think Adrian Venn. I was quoted £160 last year by RT racing, but decided to buy a new one for £220.

They can be replaced individually, unless you have the early type of trailing arm on the S1/2. There again if one has gone, the other is always near to it.

Surprised to hear it takes TVR months to make some new ones, was told they had a quick turn around (2-3 weeks) on things like that. It may be worth phoning TVR directly to check.

Ours are S1, so no direct replacements available.....

Managed to speak at great length to Tower View in London, they will completly rebuild/recondition both arms for £320.00. The arms are now booked in for this saturday. Tower view are also advising that the whole job will be completed in approx 2 weeks, so loads quicker than sourcing new arms at the mo.....(Phew)
