Wheel Centre Cap Sizes (OZ 8 spokes)
Discussion
Cheers, they are growing on me the more i look at them.. think i was expecting something similar to my wing mirrors but he did knock £20 off because i spotted the odd imperfection (oh & took your advice from last year & finally got those chrome nut covers! )
Not sure what to do about the wheel centre situation now tho?

There are various shades of chrome powdercoat finishes that depend on the amount of silver sprayed over the black basecoat, ranging from Bright Chrome, Flash Chrome, Shadow Chrome, then Smoke Chrome to Black Chrome. It's down to the skill of the sprayer as to the uniformity of finish on each batch of wheels.
I think your Shadow Chrome wheels look great Steve.

I drilled a small hole in the existing badges as they were scrap anyway, which allowed me to lever them off.
As the diamond turning on my wheels is suspect, particularly in the centre I have fitted 68mm chrome caps with the lugs removed, screwed to the existing caps with my 57mm pearlescent bages on top. I also was tired of having one chrome locking wheel nut and three dull ones so I have used araldite to glue on some chrome screw cap covers:
I will see if the caps stay on!

This is the plastic wheel centre for Vega wheels as fitted to V8S, Griffith and Chimaera.
No idea what a "Vega" wheel is but never seen a Chimaera or Griffith with Oz 8 spokes?Might be worth a phone call, ask if there is a part number moulded on the back of the cap?
