Speedo and Tach - repair or replace??

The diagnosis is although I have a pulse (three in fact to each)the trip only on the speedo doesn't move (interesting for annual limited mileage)and the Tach is stuck permanently on 2000rpm - both gauges I'm told are knackered.
Can anyone tell me if they can (a) be repaired or (b) do they have to be replaced? or (c)who can I go to?
Any ideas on cost?, if expensive I may ignore changing the speedo and simply note the mileage.
