From the evidence of numerous threads there are quite a few of us in the above area.

Anyone up for a few beers one night?

Kingston sounds good.

Is it worth asking when, or is just arbitrarily picking a date a better idea?

Well obviously Epsom would suit me. However cocktails in Wimbledon would work equally well. There's a lively neighbourhood Italian restaurant just around the corner from there too. I can't remember the street - but I can navigate by 'ginstinct'. drunk
Al Forno's.

So, and if you'll excuse the phrase, I'm working hard on the babysitter.

What is the current plan?

As far as I know, yes. Word of warning is that Al Forno can be very busy, however if they can't accommodate, there is a Gourmet Burger Kitchen nearby, a Nandos, plus a whole load of other places.
There's also 'La Nonna'(?) a sort of Al Forno spin off - IIRC one of the chefs left and set up his own place. Ver similar, if a little 'AL Forno' lite.

Question:

How will I know any of you? Will we all be carrying rolled up copies of Octane or something?

I'm on Worple, as is SNDa.

I followed a Swift with a smiley through Raynes Park the other night - any ideas?

I'd also like to get out and about for a drive round with some fellow PHers but don't actually know of any decent roads around SW London.
Are you kidding?

Down the A3, off at Milford and you're into a godly playground.
