Me too! With a mere 160bhp and standard road tyres.

Right-o, if you say so.

...but you didn't manage to pass me on the A1(M) that time, when does your speedo run out of numbers?

All speeds were upto the posted 70mph limit and it was all done by mirrors officer

Was this a different track day to the one I organised? Highly dependent on where you are as you're flagged out and there were only two TVR's that day.

Anyway, back to the question; I would suggest that it must be the Sagris these days. Rich...

We have been looking at an Audi TT today and I think she is quite keen on it... looks like I might be looking a bit further down the food chain for my toy.

There were two Chims and a Cerb there. Yeah, I spun. How many times did you spin Bob?Not gonna get into a pissing contest. Elises are, in general, faster round a track than most Tivs.

Sorry Dan but I just happened to have the clip on my site and couldn't resist. This is PH, founded out of a help forum for TVR's and overrun with TVR fanatics. If you speak ill of TVR's here you will get a lot of attention, that's life. Try here www.elisetalk.com I'm sure they will enjoy the debate.

The TT was conceptualised as a hardtop so that's got to be the better looking version.

Is Wendy a hairdresser? That may account for the choice.

To be fair Bob I didn't speak ill of TVRs at all. I guess some people just can't a bit of healthy discussion without throwing their toys out the pram.

Anyway, this is supposed to be a forum for all petrolheads.

May I suggest that the TVR hardcore try www.tvr-car-club.co.uk !
