Someone take pictures for me

Can someone pick you up and give you a lift there? It'll be strange not having you there to keep us company.

No pressure intended, if you don't feel well enough then we'll see you next time. I'm just getting excited about all the new folk on this and the Croft thread.

Thats the bar-steward. No. I'm meant to have complete rest for the first week, and then when the stitches come out do some gentle excercise for a week and then slowly get back to normal. I can't be in cars for at least 3 weeks apparently.

I guess short trips are ok, but Durham will be too far & then I can't really sit comfortably either so, bugger!

If someone has a PC, and a satellite connection we could set up a webcam meeting

You could, then again there is a request that we turn up with TVR's because chrisj is bringing a foreign guest with a passion for TVR's.

Sorry Stefan, no pictures. The weather wasn't conducive. For the first time in NEPH and possibly PH history there were more Lotus's (Loti) than TVR's.

Yup, it was good night but the weather was horrific.
Glad I didn't take the Marcos cos it would have been full of water when I got back to it!

You just know I'd have had my umbrella and taken pictures

Then again, sitting here I could look on the bright side of life - my right foot was dry

I used to have a dog called Loti, mad as a hatter she was! I've a picture of her sitting in the Back Lane here wearing a National Lottery T-Shirt (my dad used to install them when it was first launched).
She was a tremendous dog. She and I could wind my poor mother up something rotten!
